BBLeap sets the new standard: JKI Approval (G2334) Proves LeapBox’s Unique Performances
RIJEN, February 13, 2026 – The LeapBox is the only spraying system in the world without limitations, delivering 100% what’s needed without compromises. BBLeap sets the new standard: JKI approval (G2334) proves LeapBox’s unique performances and exposes competitors’ shortcomings
The harsh reality of arable farming? All sprayers simply do not deliver what they promise. As soon as a driver accelerates, slows down, or takes a turn, precision collapses. The result is overdosing, crop damage, or worse—unprotected plants falling prey to disease. Until today, this was accepted as an “occupational hazard.” With the official JKI certification of the LeapBox, BBLeap is resolutely putting an end to that.
The Data Speaks: 11 Times “Excellent”
The numbers don’t lie: 11 times Excellent. While competitors struggle with nozzle switching that is too slow, the LeapBox sets the new, undisputed standard. The official JKI certification (G2334) proves that BBLeap delivers what others claim but fail to achieve.
- 100% Constant Pressure: Where other systems must sacrifice constant pressure to regulate flow, the LeapBox varies frequency and duty cycle while keeping pressure constant. The result? A droplet spectrum that remains optimal no matter how fast you drive.
- 100% Correct Dosage: BBLeap is the only manufacturer with approval for a fully variable operating frequency. This prevents the notorious “gaps” in the spray pattern during acceleration and avoids overlap when slowing down.
- 100% Identical Droplet Spectrum: With a valve reaction time of 0.8 milliseconds and fully variable frequency, the droplet distribution is 100% perfect across both the direction of travel and the working width.
- One Nozzle for All Applications: Thanks to its massive range, growers no longer need to stop to change nozzles for different application rates.
- Perfect Start and Stop: No more burned strips on the headlands. When pulling away or braking, the LeapBox ensures the correct dosage at all times through its fully variable frequency.
- 100% Turn Compensation: By combining individual nozzle control with fully variable frequency, the dosage on the inside of a turn is exactly the same as on the outside. This prevents over- or under-dosing and guarantees a uniform result across the entire boom width.
- Variable Rate per Nozzle: While other systems stop at a duty cycle lower limit of 30% or 50%, the LeapBox remains accurate down to 0% duty cycle.
- Instant Response: Due to the proven fast nozzle switching of 0.8 milliseconds and LeapBox control, a precision of 25×25 cm is achieved.
- Works on Any Sprayer: The JKI certification applies to the LeapBox as a universal system. It fits any brand of sprayer—a direct upgrade to 100% “excellent” spraying.
- Reliable & Low Maintenance: Independent research by the JKI underscores its durability; after an intensive spraying season, the performance and condition of the system were virtually identical to its new state.
- Ease of Use: The LeapBox removes the limitations of current spraying techniques. The result? Optimal coverage without nozzle changes, clogs, or excess water.
The New Standard
“The JKI certification is the proof that BBLeap has broken through the technical barriers of the market,” says Cor Feitsma, Product Owner at BBLeap. “Optimal crop protection is no longer just an ambition; it is now the standard.”
