Zero Chemical Waste with Precision Spraying
How Mosevang Mark optimizes application accuracy across 2,500 hectares. At Mosevang Mark, the vision of running a modern and sustainable farm has always been the driving force. For owner Torben Pedersen and co-owner/CEO Carsten Lauridsen, it is not just about daily operations across their 2,500 hectares of arable land; it is about keeping the entire business ahead of the curve. The desire to protect the land and achieve Clean Food Clean World is at the core of their work. When the time came to replace the farm’s trailed sprayer, they searched for a higher-capacity solution that could significantly cut crop protection usage.

Scoring Financial and Environmental Gains with BBLeap
When the trailed sprayer needed to be replaced with an optimized, higher-capacity solution, it didn’t take long to convince owner Torben Pedersen and co-owner/CEO Carsten Lauridsen at Mosevang Mark that their self-propelled Fendt Rogator 665 should be equipped with the LeapBox. The new equipment went into use in the spring of 2026 and works exactly as intended.
New regulations on fertilizer application and anticipated restrictions on crop protection usage place even greater demands on spraying technology. To meet these upcoming requirements and reduce chemical costs, careful thought was given to selecting the new setup.
“Both are very important, which is why we chose a self-propelled sprayer with BBLeap spray technology and matching nozzles installed right from the start,” says Carsten Lauridsen, co-owner and CEO of Mosevang Mark ApS. On the large farm—which also includes Mosevang Mælk ApS with 2,800 Holstein cows, 2,500 hectares of arable land, and a breeding herd of 2,500 sows—the goal is always to stay ahead of the curve.
Precision with the Right Equipment
When contacting local dealer TBS Maskinpower to discuss replacing their trailed sprayer, they were introduced to the BBLeap technology for the first time. “We were presented with the system and had to ask what it was,” Carsten Lauridsen recalls.
After the presentation, they were convinced of how much could be gained by adding this option to their Fendt Rogator with a 36-meter boom. In addition to numerous advantages such as 100% correct dosing at all times—even in turns and on headlands—the system can perform spot spraying with individual nozzles based on prescription maps.
The Field Challenge
Managing diverse crops including corn, grassland, barley, wheat, grass seed, and oilseed rape required a far more targeted application approach. “On our previous sprayer, we did have section control, and it didn’t give us the precision we truly needed,” Carsten Lauridsen explains. Stubborn weeds like docks in grassland demanded a solution that avoided unnecessary spraying on healthy crops.
Total Control Over Every Droplet
Achieving maximum quality in application meant gaining total control over droplet size, volume rate, and spray pattern. With the right technology installed from day one, sprayer operator Jeppe Mikkelsen could tailor settings perfectly to field conditions. “I can set both the water volume per hectare and the droplet size based on current conditions, and the system automatically manages the rest relative to my speed,” Jeppe Mikkelsen explains.

“The smallest area that can be spot-sprayed without any buffer zone is 50×50 centimeters. Full pressure is delivered to the nozzles instantly—and they stop immediately once the patch is treated.” — Jeppe Mikkelsen
Excellence in the Field with LeapBox
The solution was a self-propelled sprayer powered by LeapBox, delivering Excellent Spraying across every condition. Whether accelerating, braking, or navigating headland turns, exact pressure and target droplet size remain completely constant.
Uncompromising Performance
The impact of turn compensation, instant response, and constant pressure is felt directly in the cab. The system enables single-nozzle spot spraying with zero buffer zones. “The smallest area that can be spot-sprayed without any buffer zone is 50×50 centimeters. During spot spraying, full pressure is delivered to the nozzles instantly—and they stop immediately once the patch is treated,” highlights Jeppe Mikkelsen. On the ISObus screen, operation remains intuitive and clear.
The Foundation for Plant Precision Spraying
Mosevang Mark collaborates with agricultural consultancy Sagro to map weed outbreaks via drones. Loading these maps into the system enables Spraying on Data. This establishes a firm foundation for Plant Precision Spraying, where every individual plant receives exactly what it needs.
Proven Practical Results
The investment has proven its value in practical field results. “We achieve higher spraying precision, save chemicals, and fulfill our goal of being as sustainable as possible,” confirms Carsten Lauridsen. The dosing accuracy is particularly striking: when mixing chemicals for a 10.5-hectare area, the spray tank empties precisely when the field is completed. “There is nothing left over and no shortage at the end. It just works,” he concludes.
